How To Be: Working Towards Self Love
How to be in the morning
In the morning, the first person you say I love you to is yourself.
With your fist breath, thank the new born day, and ask the Creator to:
"Bless me with the knowledge and protection I need to get through the day."
Stand looking towards the sun, and welcome the new day as it rises.
Accept the gift of love of the sun, and ask the Creator to:
"Give me the strength to shine as bright as the sun."
See the beauty of all things
When you look out he window say:
"Mother Earth, I love you.
Trees, I love you.
Birds, I love you.
Clouds and thunder, I love you."
When you see a stranger, say "I love you."
Live from your heart
Walk with your heart in your feet
Say: "Grass, I love you. Forgive me, for I must walk on you.
Creatures, I love you. Forgive me for stepping on you. I ask the Creator to bless your remains so you go back to Spirit."
Touch with your heart in your hands
In my hands I have my heart. I touch everything with love and compassion.
I speak my heart with love.
Only Absolute Truth falls from my lips.
Walk every moment like the first time you fell in love. Stay there.
Everything about you is sacred.
Everything about you is a ceremony.
Everything you do is a ceremony of honour and respect.
You must practice this, like riding a bicycle, until it becomes automatic. Only you can do that. Only you can make that choice.
What Am I Worth?
Pure love, respect and honour.
Karma comes back in a good way. Whatever goes out, comes back ten times.
In the evening:
Now I welcome the night
Here I lay me down to sleep
Bring in the spirits to heal me, take me to where it's beautiful, an heal me so that when I wake up I'm just as pure as the day I was born.
There are many challenges
Your reactions may be vengeful.
Remember who you are:
You are light
You are love
You are energy in its purest form.
You can never be anything else.
With strength, you'll never become what comes your way.
Send your guides first to clear your way and guide you safely home.
Call on your angels to take away negative energy, to bless them to become good angels they once were.
Keep your guides busy. Don't walk alone.
Thoughts Must Be:
Honorable
Respect
Unconditional love
Pure
Time
I don't know time. To me the most important moment is right now. This is where you create.
Other People's Self Expression
Other people make it difficult for themselves, so they can make it difficult for everybody else.
When you journey to your heart, choices are easy.
Everything is clear and simple.
Ego
As along as you have no ego, and are one with all things, you are invisible.
Sacred Circle
We're finding each other and helping each other into the sacred circle.
