My grandparents talked about the sacred footprints the old ones left behind. And we carry that responsibility, because we become grandparents known as the Old Ones who are wise. In my Wetsuweten language there is a sentence that is often used, which is translated to: Speak about Absolute Truth and walk with it! That's the way, one leaves footprints for others to follow. To see the path of the Old Ones, one must walk in the Absolute Truth. What makes the footprints visible is the energy of pure love. Love in its purest form is the most powerfull healing energy with prayers. Being one with all things, prayers for all things created by the Creator. Perfect balance of male and female energy within.

Respecting all and seeing all as wisdom. The flow created by man, every manmade Gods rules and laws, personal moral values religion etc., is respected by a heart walker and a heart talker, because he or she sees it as wisdom to understand its truth and its foundation.

A heart talker, heart walker respects all things, to see all as wisdom in its own creation whether its by man or the Creator. A heart talker, heart walker is in a place of total freedom within mind, body and spirit. Knowing that you are only one of the stars in the universe, we are all not separate, we are all one in the universe, we are Starchildren! Do you always wonder why we stare at the stars at night. There are many different dimensions in the living energies through the universe. Self love, self respect and self honor gives one the wisdom to the total connection to our past life, our destiny and our future. We recognize each other as Starchildren, we have nothing else to give but love in its purest form and the wisdom to find yourself there, to what you are ment to be: an energy of pure love, pure light, pure healing energy.

In your prayers always remember to pray for those leading the Governement: police, doctors, priests, chiefs, teachers, school teachers, frontline workers, healers, energyworkers, lightworkers, etc.. And through our prayers we will always be there for each other no matter where we are, helping those in need. Prayers from the heart shift the energy that helps others who need the prayers in the moment, when they need the strength to continue, to help people. Sometimes the work gets hard, one wants to give up; prayers, love and passion gives you the strength to continue, to be a helper for the ancient ones who went before us. This responsibility is carried with great passion, love for all things, all creation living, and our brothers and sisters of the four nations of mankind. In this place of pure love we are one people, one heart, unity, together as one, the way it was meant to be. The Ancient trail is still here, use it wisely, help others. Remember, we are all brothers and sisters.

How do we loose our way? Issues not released in the right direction based on Absolute Truth with the understanding all are victims to the social structure teachings based on truth alone.

Absolute Truth exposes recycled behavior, some person or persons who past on the energy, the bad memories. This comes from looking at it with a distorted truth, which starts to shift your energy from beautiful bright cells filled with good information like: self love, pride in who you are, high self esteem, self control to negative labelling (name calling). Abuse unknown to those become head talkers. Mental abused never acknowledge the good things achieved, they always focuss on what did not work, if it's not perfect, get rid of it. Always bringing you back into the past memories when you ran wild, these ones still have unresolved issues that causes them to be stuck in the past. They still see you in the past. In order to see growth and healing they must experience it themselves to recognize it before they recognize it in you. It's all about self expression, expressing only what you are taught.

Mental abuse comes many ways: nepotism, racism, ego, domination, body language, challenging you all the time in a negative way, denying you, creating you in self image. When you come from an abusive family you will attract a mate that too will abuse you psychologically and physically. An abuser will always search out a victim to create a victim and was once a victim, now becomes the abuser unresolved. You are invisable until needed as a victim. Keeping you down with critizism, judgement, always searching for a flaw, that will give the person the right to nail you to the cross once again. We wonder why things are going wrong in our life! Relating, relationship, parenting, addictions, why am I nasty? etc., etc.. Why can't I finish what I start? I found that a person can bring the abuse to an understanding (the main one is sexual abuse) and when this issue is resolved with the Absolute Truth, all your questions are answered, everything in your past falls like dominos. You can feel all the shackles release and your Spirit returning. Now you understand the manmade Gods blind you in your journey. The experience of Absolute Truth gives back your eyes and heart. To see and feel what is real and what is illusion.

In some cases just being gifted growing up without guidance can make you a target for paranormal activity in a negative way, because the teaching of paranormal has been denied by the social structure, the living energy in the dimension we life in. This is why it is so important to journey the Absolute Truth, the journey within. Get to know yourself, all your emotions, your true thoughts and feelings. This way you will always know when something else is trying to come through (energy, positive, negative). Staying in the highest vibration of pure love, the brightest light: remember, darkness can never put out a light, is your best protection.

Only the journey of Absolute Truth within - to be the master of your self, your human energy field, and how the universal energy is connected. As one gives you the understanding of how one can be influenced, and the choices you make, to bring all your issues to an understanding. This is what gives you the wisdom, to be aware of negative influence. What I do know, when ever the negative influence is trying to influence with a negative thoughtform, I smile, and say go right ahead and teach me how you hurt people. I see it as wisdom and this wisdom I will share with my brothers and sisters to be aware of how you influence negative energy.

As a male journeying, the Absolute Truth teaches you how important you are as a male. In order for you to be a man you need female energy. Works the same for women (balance). In all creation is male and female energy in perfect balance. Only mankind needs to find that balance within. Self love is always the key element to the journey of perfect balance. It's all about energies, positive, self love, self respect, and self honor. The self awareness gives you the wisdom to make the positive choices that works for creating a positive future for the next moment you step into.

On the spiritual path you will learn there is no time in the past or future! The most important moment (time) is the moment you stand in. Here your emotions, thoughts are being left as footprints for others to pick up on. Remember what you do for yourself when you pass on, you take with you! What you do for others will live on, long after you are gone, known as legacy, the ancient trail of our ancestors! In the physical and spiritual realm,everything is growing and processing as time moves according to planet alignments to be in the moment the energy changes to stay with the time to live in the here and now, knowing that every moment is a new teaching to help you in the next moment that becomes your future and it's the wisdom to help you grow. Positive words are fertilizer for the soul.

Heart walkers know it's important to leave the footprints just as bright as our ancestors have left them. Keeping in mind many heart walkers gave their life and their soul to maintain the purity of love in its purest form in order for the footprints to be visible for the grandchildren to follow.

Ego - gossip - judging - critizising etc.. Becoming a heart walker and a heart talker one must clean up all of their past issues and the deeper you go, you get to know yourself more and more based on the Absolute Truth. Mastering yourself, taking charge of yourself, rather then looking for someone to take charge of you! See everyone as a teacher, what are you teaching me? What are you showing me?

If you see it, hear it, feel it, experience it, it's real! Most spiritual people will experience paranormal activity by entities that are black shadows with red eyes wearing rimmed hats, weird looking creatures, spirits that carry virus of all sorts, cancer etc., suicidal spirits, homicidal spirits, drug and alcohol addicted spirits etc..

These Spirits look for vulnerable people who are not aware. A negative spirit uses the human body to act out its desires, the sick spirits do the same thing; it's just a sick spirit that gets into the body. After some time one begins to feel it! Before one gets sick, one feels a rush go through the body "energy", a surge, emotional change in attitude going negative, sometimes waking up feeling different or saying things knowing full well, that ain't you! Doing things, knowing that ain't you! Feeling you have lost control of self! Feeling something moving around inside you! Things you can't tell your Doctor! Nightmares, sleep patterns changes.

The human body becomes haunted, you begin to see shadows in the corner of your eyes. Physical symptoms: begins with the attitude changes, nightmares, something moving around inside your body, sometimes more then one, stomach problems, pressure in chest, head feels like exploding, feeling funny thoughts! Back pain, neck, right shoulder blade, lower back, one eye gets dark, twiches sometimes, feeling heavy at times, sometimes one dreams of what has invaded the body.

When not aware, the human body is attacked from two sides, first from the spiritual world; the negative Spirit also uses the human body to get an other human from possessing another human body through negative attitude.

If doctors were taught the spiritual dimension, the hospitals would be empty! Once you master your own mind, body and spirit, bringing yourself to a higher vibration, you will begin to see ego. What are motivation and intentions of "ego": Gossip, critizising and judging. The energy is being directed at the person being attacked and the energy that comes back. As the negative begins to become stronger, your body becomes weaker!

By taking charge of you, you will know how to not take on any unwanted energy by understanding its intentions and what motivates the energy. Lower vibrations are negative. Higher vibrations are love, laughter, happiness, positive words, always keeping a positive
